Directions:
In a casserole, heat oil over medium heat and sauté onion until translucent before adding the garlic then stir until golden brown.
Add the gizzards first and stir for a few minutes then add the chicken livers
Put bay leaf, peppercorn, soy sauce and vinegar
Cover the casserole and bring to a boil or until the chicken liver and gizzards are cooked
Do not stir if it hasn’t boiled yet for the reason that if the vinegar is not yet cooked, it becomes sour
Remove from heat and place to a serving dish
Best served while its hot and with white rice and a cold beer
